Calculator Book a call

How your fitness app launches in 21 days.

The twenty-one-day build, the fourteen-day launch we run with you, who does the work, and what we have and have not proven yet.

From first call to a live platform in twenty-one days.

We do the building. You keep coaching. Four stages, one fixed timeline, nothing to pay while we work.

01 Day 0

Discovery call

Thirty minutes. We map your audience, your training methodology, and the content library you already own. You leave with a revenue model built on your real numbers, not a pitch deck.

02 Day 01 – 14

We train the model on you

Your programming logic, progression rules, cueing language and nutrition philosophy become the coaching engine. The app ships in your brand, your typography, your voice. Not a template with your logo dropped on it.

03 Day 15 – 21

Private beta with your people

Fifty of your most engaged followers get in first. We watch every session, every drop-off, every plan regeneration, and tune the model against real usage before a single card is charged.

04 Day 22 – 35

Launch

Your fourteen-day launch sequence runs and iOS, Android and web go live under your brand. Your 60% forks at the point of sale. Onboarding, churn recovery and support are ours to run.

Pick a call date. See your launch day.

The timeline is fixed, so your dates are too. Day 0 is the discovery call, and the app goes live on day 22.

Your app goes live

We don't just build it. We launch it.

A fourteen-day sequence run across the audience you already have, timed to the day your platform goes live. You post; we write the sequence and watch the numbers.

    Days 1 – 3
    01

    The warm-up

Interactive story stickers put your audience to work describing their own sticking points. They invest before they buy, you learn exactly what to sell them, and nothing is offered yet.

Polls, sliders and question boxes: the formats your audience answers without thinking about it.

Three days of this does two things at once. Your account registers a spike in interaction right before you need reach, and you go into the launch already knowing which objection to answer first.

    Days 4 – 9
    02

    Value before the ask

You take apart the methods that stalled them and hand over the cues you would normally charge for. Direct replies do the rest. By the end of the week the audience owes you one.

Six days of genuinely useful posts with nothing attached to them. Generosity is not the point of it.

The offer simply lands better on someone who has already had something from you work. By the time the cart opens, reciprocity has done most of the selling, which is why the open does not need a hard pitch.

    Days 10 – 14
    03

    Open cart

Access opens. Live purchase alerts run across your stories, the offer carries a real deadline, and the distance between wanting it and having it drops to a single tap.

The purchase alerts are the mechanism: every sale becomes visible proof to everyone still deciding.

The deadline has to be real. Move it once and the next launch gets ignored. Five days is long enough for the undecided to come round and short enough that nobody forgets.

The software is the easy half.

One person is accountable for every build, from the discovery call to the day-ninety review, with specialists brought in as each launch needs them. That part does not come in a box.

Software you buy is finished the day it arrives. A team keeps working, and is paid out of what the platform earns rather than up front.

    Three hours of your time

One session to capture your voice, your progression rules and how you actually coach. That is the whole ask. The build runs on it from there.

    The launch written for you

Fourteen days of stories, captions and replies drafted around your audience and handed over ready to post. You are never staring at an empty story screen.

A person, not a ticket queue

You message the person who built it, and it is that person who answers. Through the launch we are watching the same numbers you are, the same day.

    A review at day ninety

We go through what the platform actually did, from retention to churn to the week members left, and decide together whether to scale it or stop.

    Leon Venice

    Architect & Co-Founder

Designs the platform architecture each build runs on, and takes the discovery call himself, so the person who scopes your launch is the one accountable for shipping it.

We are early, and would rather say so.

No platform built on this model is public yet. Until one has run for ninety days, every figure on this page is a model, and it is labelled as one.

    A small first cohort

We are taking a limited number of creators as foundation partners. Each build gets the full attention of the people doing it, which is why the number is small.

    What going first gets you

The people who build the platform on your call and in your messages, first place in the build queue, and a say in what gets built next.

    What we will publish here

Day-thirty and day-ninety numbers from the first launches, with the creator’s permission: members, retention and revenue. Until then this section stays as it is.

What that means for the model

The calculator’s default is our strong case, drawn from our own modelling rather than from a launch we have run. Drag it down before you rely on it.

Pricing What members pay, and what it costs you.

Rather talk it through? It's a 30‑minute call.
