FRISTNOR

Privacy, briefly.

Last updated 6 October 2026

This website asks you for one thing, and only if you choose to give it: an email address, so we can send you the revenue model for your numbers. Beyond that, it counts visits two ways: with a small counter on our own server, and with Google Analytics. Outside the UK and Europe, Google Analytics sets cookies; inside them it sets none, which is why there is no cookie banner. There is no account to create, and nothing here is used for advertising.

What this page covers

This policy is about fristnor.com — the site you are reading. It is not the policy for the subscription platforms we build for creators. Those run under the creator's own brand, hold their members' data, and carry their own privacy policy written for that product and that audience.

Who runs this site

FRISTNOR is a trading name. The site is run by its founder as a sole proprietor, who decides how the information described on this page is used — the “controller”, in data-protection terms. Anything you send to team@fristnor.com reaches us directly, and if you need the full name and contact details of the person responsible, ask there and we will give them to you.

What we collect here

Nothing that you type, unless you ask us for the model. This site has no newsletter signup and no login. We use no advertising pixels, no session recording and no fingerprinting. The only cookies are Google Analytics’, described below, and only outside the UK and Europe. The only things the site writes to your browser are a few small entries in session storage: a flag (named pulse:seen) so the opening animation does not replay while you move around the site, your best time in the rep challenge (fristnor:reps), and which easter eggs you have found (fristnor:eggs). None of them holds anything about you, none is ever sent to us, and your browser deletes them when you close the tab. If you use Share my numbers, the calculator figures are put in the link itself; we do not store them.

The coach chat on the home page is a demonstration that runs in your browser. What you type into it is matched against written example replies on your own device; it is not sent to us and not stored. The same goes for a brand name you type to preview the app: it stays in your browser, and appears in the page's address only so that a link you choose to share shows it.

The revenue calculator runs entirely in your browser. The numbers you move the sliders to are not sent anywhere on their own, and the shareable link it produces is read by your own browser, not by us.

If you ask for the model

The form under the calculator, and the one at the foot of the page, send us your email address together with the three calculator values at that moment: audience size, conversion rate and the membership price, plus the brand name if you typed one. The request also records which of the two forms you used and, if you arrived from another website, that site's domain name. That is used for one thing: to write you back with the model built on those numbers. It is stored on our own server, outside the part that serves this site, and a copy is emailed to team@fristnor.com. It does not go to a mailing-list provider or to any other company, and it is not used to send you anything else. Ask and we will delete it.

Our own page counts

We count pages, how far down them people read, and whether anyone clicks through to book a call. It runs on our own server rather than anybody else's, sets nothing on your device, and records no IP address. To count a person twice in one day without knowing who they are, the visit is reduced to a short hash of your address and browser mixed with a secret that is thrown away and regenerated every night — so the same reader is countable within a day and impossible to follow across two. There is no profile, no session replay, and nothing that could be sold or handed to anyone.

Google Analytics

We also use Google Analytics, a service run by Google, to see which pages people visit, how they arrive (from a search or a link, for example), roughly which country they are in and what kind of device they use. Google receives that from your browser when a page loads.

If you are outside the UK, the European Union, the wider European Economic Area and Switzerland, it sets cookies named _ga and _ga_ followed by a code, which let it recognise a returning browser for up to two years. If you are inside those places, we have switched those cookies off: Google receives the visit without any cookie or identifier and uses it only for estimated, aggregate counts. Everywhere, Google’s advertising features and Google signals are turned off, so the data is not used to personalise ads or linked to Google accounts, and Google Analytics does not store IP addresses.

You can block it with a content blocker or Google’s opt-out browser add-on, and the site works exactly the same.

What happens automatically

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs when a page is requested. These typically record the IP address making the request, the page asked for, the time, and the browser's user-agent string. That is a normal function of serving a website rather than something we collect on purpose, and we do not use those logs to build a profile of you.

Third parties this page touches

Two.

There is nothing else. No third-party chat widget (the coach chat described above never leaves your browser), no social or advertising pixels and no form service. Our own counts and the model request happen on this server and go nowhere. The typefaces and the videos are served from this domain, so apart from Google Analytics, reading the page contacts nobody but us.

Why we use it

Data-protection law asks us to say on what basis we use each piece of information.

How long we keep it

Where it is handled

This site is hosted by Hostinger on servers in India, and model requests are stored there. Google Analytics data is processed by Google, including in the United States. If you book a call, Calendly handles your details in the United States. So if you are in the UK or the European Union, your information is processed outside it. We keep what goes to each place to the minimum described on this page.

What we never do

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We have no interest in the traffic on this site beyond whether people find it useful.

Your rights

If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area, the GDPR gives you the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how it is used, and to receive a copy of it. If you are in California, the CCPA gives you the right to know what we have collected, to have it deleted, and to opt out of its sale — which is straightforward here, because we do not sell it.

In practice, if you have only read this website, we almost certainly hold nothing about you at all beyond a line in a server log and an anonymous visit in Google Analytics. If you have booked a call, we hold what you gave Calendly. If you asked for the model, we hold the address and numbers you sent. Either way, write to us and we will tell you exactly what there is and remove it if you want it gone. These requests are open to everyone, wherever you live.

Getting in touch

Email team@fristnor.com with anything about this policy, or to make any of the requests above. If you are not satisfied with how we handle it, you can complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. We do not keep a mailing list, so there is no notification to send.
